This chimney was in a bad state and hadn’t been pointed for years. J5 Roofing grinded out the joints in the brickwork and repointed the chimney with a building concrete SBR cement mix. The top of the chimney called the flauncing was also recemented over.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
