Description of work done:

On this job we converted the flat roof into a pitched roof. On the vertical tiles we removed the tiles and added much needed insulation before adding new felt and battens. We then tiled the newly built pitched roof with a clay tile chosen by the customer then added new lead work around the windows.

A new uPVC fascia was added and new guttering too. The verges were pointed with a building, sharp sand & cement SBR mix. Below the verges on the sides we added new uPVC.

This customer’s house was very visible from the road and he wanted to make it look more appealing. The customer was over the moon with the transformation and is happy with the value it’s added to his property

On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
