Description of work done:

This customer asked me to visit his property as he wanted a flat roof converted into a pitched roof. Not only did he want a nice looking roof, he was set to benefit from lowered home insurance premiums with a pitched roof.

The roof was built in 4×2 timbers, breathable felt and tanalised battens.

The customer chose the tile colour and was so impressed whilst we were there that he got us to change the vertical tiling and all the lead work as well.

With all flat roof conversions the guttering will have to be altered to accommodate the new roof design.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
