Description of work done:

This customer required a flat roof converted into a pitched roof. The flat roof was not leaking he just wanted his house frontage to have more of a wow factor.

We used 4×2 timbers bolted into the wall with 4×2 rafters. We added a new uPVC fascia and added white guttering to the front. 12inch lead work was chased into the wall, sealing the top of the tiles.

This resulted in a lovely transformation that the customer is delighted with.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
