Description of work done:

Here is a newly laid flat roof with a termination bar. The aluminium termination bar is used to seal rubber roofs to felt roofs.

The rubber overlap is sealed with water cut-off mastic and lap sealants to create a waterproof seal.

The aluminium termination bar is used to compress the sealants and is fixed with hex bolts covered with plastic caps.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
