Description of work done:

I was called out to this job where a customer had a large leak coming into his kitchen. On inspection of the dormer, the leadwork was found to be at fault.

With lead being a metal it expands and contracts with the weather and over time the lead splits. Years ago leadwork was ok at lengths of 2.4 linear meters now, the guideline is 1.5 linear meters.

Removal of the uPVC and new lead work installed.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
