Description of work done:

Here we have installed a RESITRIX rubber roof. The RESITRIX rubber comes in 1m x 10m rolls. This I would say is the best product out there. It is applied to the roof using primers and the joins are hot air welded. No need to worry about joins, these are sealed permanently. No need for flame.

This is a bit more costly and I would recommend this product when there are skylight vents at different levels, rather than use multiple pieces of CLASSICBOND rubber.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
