This customer had a builder come in to build an extension, they did a lovely job but they failed with the roof works.

They’d installed a new rubber roof with the incorrect sealing methods. The new lanterns were also leaking which may have required new ones.

The customer had various roofers go and quote and J5 Roofing came up with an affordable and substantial fix for the lanterns.

J5 Roofing covered the roof in 18 mm interlocking boards and then covered it with RESITRIX. We then added UPVC around the lanterns.

This saved the customer the expense of new lanterns.

John went way above and beyond my expectations. Having quoted a price that I was well pleased with and which I accepted, he then noticed that further work would actually be required. As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
