Roofs will over time need maintenance mostly repointing.

Ridges are the most common areas to be repointed. To stop water ingress and to hold them down in high winds.

Sometimes it can cause more good than harm to remove the ridges and rebed them in cement.

These can be re-pointed as long as there is enough bite to get new cement into and not just a very thin layer that will fall off in a few weeks.

J5 Roofing carve the cement out with battery operated grinders to ensure a good fix.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
