Description of work done:

Here we have a 5 side bay roof. We stripped off the existing felt, covered the existing decking with 12 mm OSB and covered this new decking with CLASSIC BOND rubber membrane. This was adhered to the roof with contact adhesive sprayed onto both surfaces.

Black upvc trim was then installed very neatly. If you look closely you can see the attention to detail.

This customer was over the moon with the new look to the front of his property.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
