Description of work done:

With this roof we removed the felt which was very worn and was causing leaks. We covered the flat roof with 11mm OSB boards.

The tiles were removed to allow installation of the rubber to be fixed under the tiles. The wall was encapsulated with OSB board so we could fit one piece of rubber ensuring water tightness. We installed metal trims on this particular installation.

As I had already accepted his original price he readily agreed to include the extra work and materials without additional charge. The work was completed in a very professional manner. On commencement of the work he noticed one of the tiles was already broken, so he drove to the stockist and replaced the tile without additional cost
